Regional Product Manager
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management within the dairy, beverage, food, or chemical industry. By Origin/Plant Level:
Analyze local market trends and growth opportunities to shape product strategies and business development initiatives. Collaborate with local commercial teams, R&D, and global business units to adapt and execute regional product management plans. Evolve the product portfolio to meet regional market needs and growth ambitions. By Origin/Plant Level:
Serve as the technical expert on products, from raw materials to market-specific requirements. Develop and manage the plant’s product portfolio in alignment with global strategy and market potential. Drive innovation and optimize plant utilization and profitability through collaboration with R&D. Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute strategies for your product groups based on the business unit's strategy (BUDP). Create and implement a product range in Azure that is innovative, competitive, and economically viable, encompassing business development, supply chain management, pricing, and growth initiatives. Oversee the regional assortment of B2B products, ensuring it is comprehensive, competitive, and profitable. Track and analyze revenue and sales performance using key metrics (e.g., turnover, sales, market share) and collaborate with the Sales team to enhance revenue. Establish success metrics, analyze customer feedback and product usage, and incorporate these insights into the product roadmap and lifecycle management. Manage innovation projects (ITMs) and guide them through to commercialization as part of portfolio lifecycle management. Partner with R&D, market segments pricing, and sales teams to align on pricing strategies, product portfolios, and supply chain issues. Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses to stay informed on trends and opportunities relevant to your product groups. Engage with the sales team through customer visits, projects, and briefings to share product and market expertise. Provide timely and aligned updates on the product portfolio through internal media in collaboration with Group Marketing. Lead in-house training sessions to enhance understanding of the product portfolio and its positioning. Proactively oversee and steer the margin structure for each product group, working closely with the Pricing team to make necessary changes. Work with global product managers to:
