Regional Product Manager Marketing, Solid End Milling

Location - Remote in North America

 

The Regional Product Marketing Manager will aggressively drive new product adoption with strategic customer targets and end markets by supporting sales reps, channels and customers through training, communication, mentorship, pipeline/testing support while interfacing with Global Product Management to ensure the right marketing mix &collateral is deployed. The role will have major influence on new product development & adoption by gaining deep market insights and influencing sales leaders and customers across a variety of channels.

 

Key Job Responsibilities

Implement Go-to Market strategy to grow overall SCEM sales to achieve fiscal year target Monitor industry and evaluate competitive environment of pricing and performance, ensuring commercial focus on the right segments, accounts, products, and channels driving accelerated market penetration and adoption. Provide market intelligence to the organization, effectively positioning new products for maximum share gain. Drive execution of product launch activities including engaging target accounts for market penetration, identifying barriers, developing promotional concepts, and tracking success rate Achieve New Product Launch sales targets within product area of responsibility Collaborate with MarComm to initiate demand generation strategies leveraging all available resources including digital, partnerships, sponsorships etc to deliver revenue targets Join project development team as consultant providing market feedback ensuring solution meets AM market needs. Attend stage gate reviews providing pertinent insight for gatekeeper guidance. Communicate and execute Product Life Cycle Obsolescence strategies ensuring market penetration while establishing maximum retention of current business. For high value strategic opportunities, conduct customer training emphasizing how to optimize processes and operations with new products Develop custom content that can quickly address a specific need for a large opportunity or strategic account/prospect. Support sales technically on large and strategic opportunities by being a resource and coordinating other company resources Communicate, train and mentor reps on how to sell and apply products. Build relationships internally and work with key stakeholders and leaders in product management, sales, and customer service

Minimum Level of Education (for Job):

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or other related discipline preferred


Years of Relevant Work Experience Required: 5-8 Year

5-8 years of aerospace manufacturing experience Highly experienced in Solid Carbide End Milling application 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience a plus

·Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Positive, energetic attitude, with strong work ethic
