**The Role**
We are looking for a Regional Program Management Lead (APAC) to lead the management of teams responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects and programs across the APAC region. As a key member of our Program Management function, you will be responsible for creating and delivering strategic programs that represent major company initiatives.
**A typical day may involve:**
+ Develop and maintain a preferred supply chain, working with general contractors, M&E contractors, and OEMs
+ Increase compliance to preferred supplier contracts through spend analysis, supplier rationalization, and influencing project managers
+ Identify and develop contractual arrangements with suppliers that deliver best value
+ Collaborate with preferred suppliers to achieve cost savings, service level improvements, and high-quality service delivery
+ Provide support to clients and project managers, including resource allocation, project status updates, and issue escalation
+ Train staff and develop processes to support client requests and needs
+ Oversee cross-functional projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery and issue resolution
+ Manage internal, external, and vendor relationships in support of the program
+ Apply expertise in multiple disciplines, business acumen, and key drivers to impact departmental and cross-functional performance
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
+ Excellent influencing and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
+ Ability to work with and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including supplier staff
+ Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments' results
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
