The incumbent will play the role as Regional Project Manager in North Asia at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring top-notch customer experience and operational excellence to shape the future AMS team with customer experience at top of mind by delivering best in class service value proposition in a productive and sustainable manner.

What does the role involve?Define the roadmap and propose projects and services in line with the global tool service strategy (after-sales service for Hilti tools) and implement them across Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China to enhance customer experience and operational efficiencies. Work with country-level tool service teams to understand local market competition and customer needs. Implement the project portfolio and service catalogue, including a charging policy, in collaboration with tool service, sales, marketing, and other departments. Continuously strive to balance service innovation and quality with cost-efficient service execution to drive behavioral, operational, and financial change with impact. Lead and/or contribute as an expert to cross-functional roll-outs, project improvements, and services. Collaborate and connect with the global tool service team (global tool experts and global tool supply management) on a regular basis to ensure effective end-to-end process flow aligned with global tool service processes and to implement global best practices in the North Asia region. Act as a change agent and subject matter expert, offering support to the team from time to time for operational excellence improvement and customer-oriented initiatives.

What you need is:Degree in engineering or a related field of study, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in project management or marketing. At least 5 years of experience in marketing or operational excellence in MNCs or large conglomerates, with LEAN and/or project management experience. Proficiency in English and one North Asian language (e.g., Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean). Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, cross-team collaboration, leadership potential, and a continuous improvement mindset. Strong in cross-team collaboration and able to influence people at different levels, from country level to regional and global teams, with leadership potential. Someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset to challenge the status quo and with customer experience as a top priority. Ability to adapt to changing environments and cope with stress. Willingness to develop a long-term career with the company and open to relocation for future career advancement.
