Regional Property Manager
Description We are in search of a Regional Property Manager to join our client's team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is within the Real Estate and Property Management industry. As a Regional Property Manager, you will oversee and manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring the efficient operation and profitability of each property. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of property management, including managing a diverse portfolio of housing types, and a strong background in leadership within the multifamily sector. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring their efficient operation and profitability. • Monitor and manage property development and acquisitions to expand the property portfolio. • Implement and maintain effective property management systems to ensure smooth operations. • Carry out regular inspections of properties to assess their condition and arrange for necessary repairs or maintenance. • Manage and lead a team of property management professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with different departments within the organization for smooth operations. • Develop and implement strategies for the rehabilitation and stabilization of properties. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to property management. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the property management function. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry • Proven track record in Property Management and Residential Property Management • Prior experience managing Multifamily Properties • Demonstrated proficiency in using Management Systems • Prior experience in Portfolio Management • Excellent leadership and team management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High level of organization and attention to detail • Ability to travel regionally as required • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications would be advantageous Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
