The Regional Property Manager – Leased ensures that all leased Publix shopping centers are maintained and are in premier condition. The incumbent is responsible for enforcing lease terms to ensure the safety of our customers and associates, maximizes company sales by ensuring convenient, clean, and pleasant shopping environments, performs onsite inspections and handles all emergency 24/7 maintenance requests.  negotiates with landlords of leased centers and/or government agencies regarding large capital items as well as lease amendmentshandles incoming inquiries, complaints, and comments from Customer Carecollaborates among Publix and Landlords in resolving issues relating to the interpretation and compliance with lease provisions regarding lease restrictive use, reporting requirements, CAM payments, insurance, maintenance and repair items while fostering solid working relationshipsconducts remodel assessments for assigned shopping centers and storesmanages and develops the Regional Property Manager Assistant by providing coaching and training for required job functions and preparing the associate for advancement
