Toll Brothers, America's Leading Builder of Luxury Homes, seeks a Regional Purchasing Director for our team at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
The Regional Purchasing Director leads in-depth analysis of building costs to identify cost savings opportunities and drive operational consistencies across divisions and within the region. This role collaborates closely with the Division Purchasing teams to establish market specific strategy and with National Purchasing to strategize on manufacturer/supplier alignment. This role will collaborate with the Regional Purchasing Analyst to utilize data and analytics reporting to help identify and measure cost differences across communities, divisions, and regions.
What are the primary responsibilities?
• Develop and foster strong manufacturer and supplier relationships in support of regional procurement strategies• Identify cost savings opportunities through regional specification alignment, strategic negotiation, and operational efficiencies• Partner with Division Purchasing to improve insight into competitors’ offering, specifications, and sq. ft. costs• Support National Purchasing with division and regional analysis of costs and trends, including in-depth review by trade category• Develop, support, and monitor the progress of cost savings initiatives at the division and regional levels• Maintain an understanding of trade partners’ cost drivers• Oversee development of cost comparison reports• Assist with preparation of quarterly benchmarking report, including gathering insights from Division Purchasing for cost changes• Compare SKU level and commodity costs across divisions and regions to drive consistency• Support the ongoing development, implementation, and improvement of national and regional programs and agreementsMonitor and support model home rebate collection throughout the divisions and regionsThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!

• Extensive knowledge and background associated with residential purchasing and construction• Strong working relationships with regional distribution and national manufacturing partners• Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring others• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and summarize data• Experience supporting and communicating with leadership• Collaborative and able to work with employees across multiple departmentsProven development and implementation of strategic planningStrong negotiating and advanced interpersonal skillsDo you have these qualifications?
