Proficiency in project management methodologies, contract law, and procurement processes. + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant procurement software. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Procurement Process Optimization:** Streamline the procure-to-pay process, develop standard work procedures, and improve overall efficiency. + **Strategic Sourcing:** Execute sourcing strategies at the facility level to maximize cost savings and ensure supplier performance. + **Contract Management:** Oversee contract negotiations, ensure compliance with contract terms, and identify opportunities for contract optimization. + **Supplier Relationship Management:** Build strong relationships with suppliers, conduct performance evaluations, and drive continuous improvement. + **Financial Management:** Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze cost data, and identify cost-saving opportunities. + **Team Leadership:** Lead and develop a high-performing purchasing team. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. **Pay Details:** $40.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
