Job Description Must reside in the Huntsville, AL Area - Visible in the market 90% of the time, visiting and working with our facilities to source, screen, hire, train our managers. If so, we want you on our team! NHS Management, a leading provider of long-term care services operating across four states, seeks a highly motivated Regional Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for our facilities across the region. Responsibilities: + Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for multiple long-term care facilities in North Alabama. + Develop and maintain good relationships with local colleges and universities that offer RN, LPN and CNA curriculums + Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, career fairs, and professional networking. + Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates. + Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and identify ideal candidates. + Negotiate competitive salary and benefits packages to attract top talent. + Train new management hires in the approved NHS Hiring process + Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. + Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment. Qualifications: + Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in long-term care. + Proven track record of successfully recruiting qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions. + Strong understanding of the Tuscaloosa healthcare market. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. + Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
