We are looking for a Regional Recruiter EMEA (m/w/d) to join our Group and drive the recruitment practice for our diverse region.

Which tasks will you perform?

Manage together HR Business Partners the full recruitment life-cycle from intake meeting to shortlisting and interviewing candidates. Partner with Line Managers and HR Business Partners to understand recruitment needs, building and maintaining active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill or critical positions. Build and maintain relationships with Line Managers to develop a deep understanding of their objectives and team style. Act as an advisor to Line Managers and HR Business Partners, developing tailored search plans to identify potential candidates to fit their requirements. Identify, attract, and screen candidates from across all disciplines (R&D, Commercial, Operations, Service, etc.). Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal, and recruitment trends. Build talent talent pipelines for your job requisiions with Active Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.

 

What do we expect from you?

Have experience in the field of corporate recruiting or with a recruiting agency. Have a deep understanding of the German/Swiss recruitment markets, coupled with knowledge of other EU markets. Be able to keep calm in rough times in a dynamic environment. Be an innovative, creative thinker with the ability to devise bespoke recruiting strategies. Be fluent in both English and German, coupled with good oral and written communications skills. Have developed consulting skills and be able to push back with a sense of urgency. Be a naturally enthusiastic and innovative personality with a proven ability to network effectively.
