**Regional Reliability Engineer - Decatur, IL**
**Summary:**
This position will focus on improving plant reliability by incorporating precision maintenance practices into equipment repairs and rebuilds. This includes training and coaching of plant personnel as well as developing standards and procedures.
**Specific Job Duties**
+ Comply fully with local and ADM’s safety regulations/standards and promote safety culture. Help ensure the maintenance department meets goals for safety and health, environment, product quality, processing, costs and effectiveness
+ Ensure a good understanding of current standard reliability methodologies (elements) and deploy those agreed to the assigned business unit.
+ Responsible for providing technical expertise to the Maintenance Team to improve the overall equipment efficiency\\systems performance and reliability.
+ Contributes to the analysis of equipment design.
+ Works with Plant Teams to develop new approaches for maintaining new and existing equipment.
+ Mentor and provide guidance to mechanics, engineers and contractors on Maintenance Strategies and Technologies.
+ Create and update maintenance standard/procedures and all pertinent documents for business unit level activities.
+ Supports execution of RCM process on existing equipment, this includes working in the field on equipment.
+ Works with the Plant Reliability or Maintenance Engineer to integrate PM's and predictive / diagnostic work into the Proactive Maintenance Program.
+ Reviews the balance between shared capital spares vs optimal design performance.
+ Bad Actor Management and resolution support.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ 10-15 years of industrial manufacturing in Agricultural, Chemical, Oil and Gas processing.
+ Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or in an Engineering field considered a plus
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Computerized Maintenance Systems, (CMMS)
+ Must understand the root cause analysis along with other basics of system knowledge.
+ Must be very details oriented with significant maintenance experience rebuilding machinery
**Environment Recommend** only focusing on lifting, requirement of stairs/ladders and chemical type
+ Primarily Monday – Friday, but available for operations outside of standard working hours
+ Work with various chemicals and caustics
+ Stand for long periods of time
+ Lift 50 lbs
+ Carry ladders and tools
+ Climb ladders / stairs
+ Walk long distances

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
