Regional Sales Associate
The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Associate is to drive retention and growth of current accounts within a designated territory. This involves supporting sales strategy, analyzing data, following up with customers, and handling quotation procedures. Positioned within the Regional Sales team, this role will regularly analyze data and conduct data mining to aid in managing the sales pipeline and identifying market expansion opportunities. The Regional Sales Associate will also participate in strategic account meetings to support Regional Sales Managers and/or National Account Managers. Additionally, they will create presentations and generate reports to guide strategy decisions and support Regional Sales Managers, National Account Managers, and manufacturer representatives in achieving their territorial deliverables.

Makes proactive calls and emails to accounts in designated territory as needed to support the sales efforts.
Makes recommendations on appropriate solutions after conducting research and analysis.
Participates in weekly meeting to provide updates, insights, and monitor pipeline management with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) or National Account Managers (NAM).
Creates presentations via PowerPoint or provides analytical data through spreadsheets to support RSM and NAM in making strategic decisions, identifying growth opportunities, and focusing on areas crucial for executing the Keep, Convert, Grow (KCG) strategy.
Utilizes CRM system for effective sales management in the territory.
Participates in monthly calls with manufacturer representatives alongside the RSM and provides necessary follow up support.
Handles quote submissions, manages quotes, and tracks expiring and expired quotes.
Manages Co-op process from submission to credit memo issuance.
Processes sample orders as needed.
Provides general assistance and prepares for events such as trade shows, buying group events, and other sales meetings for assigned RSM or NAM as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
