Regional Sales Director
Overview Job Purpose As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for revenue growth and customer retention in your territory for eRecording, eSignature and eNotary products. As our area representative, you will attend industry conferences representing ICE. Your target customer base will be local banks, title companies, attorneys, builders and contractors. Responsibilities Recontract customers with older pricing into national agreements with volume commitments and price increases. Maintain relationships with the assigned accounts and ensure that ICE is meeting their needs and ensuring customer loyalty. Cross sell ICE products including data and lien release applications. Maintain county relationships and act as an escalation point for their critical issues. Prospect the territory aggressively for new opportunities. Respond to new lead and vet prospects. Up to 25% travel may be needed. In the interim, be effective in a virtual meeting environment. Knowledge and Experience 3+ years of title, land records or mortgage lending experience 3+ years of successful field sales experience selling technology solutions Experience selling or supporting eRecording, eSignature or eNotary solutions is preferred Strong communication skills Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills Proven presentation and negotiation skills’ Proficiency in office tools a plus BA/BS required or equivalent work experience Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
