Role Summary The Regional Sales & Education Manager is responsible for building share and volume in their regions while delivering retailer specific sales targets and maximizing resources. This is an in-store, hands on management position responsible for motivating their team and business partners through strong sales support, training and event plans designed to achieve sales objectives. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: + Maintain an optimal territory coverage plan including weekly store sales support, training and events that achieves sales targets + Analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly sales results to maximize regional sales performance, course correcting as necessary + Hire, recruit, train and manage highly productive team of employees and freelance talent + Plan and execute corporate and/or special events as needed + Conduct regular business review with key account personnel i.e., Store Management, District Managers, Department Managers, District Education Trainers identifying opportunities to strengthen partnership and support achieving sales targets + Exemplify highest standard of sales and customer service skills + Maintain superior knowledge of brand and product information + Educate and train team and business partners on brand story, product demonstration and selling techniques + Merchandises brand in all store locations according to merchandising guidelines and retail plan + Collaborate with business partners to maintain optimal inventory + Manage budgets for field team travel & expense and freelance hours + Regularly communicate with line Manager on territory needs, notable happenings, and competitive sales trends + Communicate with line manager on all weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting Skills, Experience and Education: + High school diploma or equivalent, licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician desired + 5+ years or equivalent experience in regional beauty/account management and team leadership + Role model salesperson, able to deliver sales targets while delighting clients + Able to assess business trends and build/adapt action plan to deliver sales targets + Able to effectively build and train a team capable of consistently delivering sales results + Effective time, budget and resource management skills, personally and managing others + Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build productive business partnerships + Excellent communication skills - verbal, non-verbal, and written including strong presentation abilities, both in person and virtually + Proficient in all Microsoft- Office programs + Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day and lift boxes/items up to 20 lbs + Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends + Associate must live in the assigned key market of region + Must have valid driver-s license + Must have a car/reliable transportation to and from work locations + Able to travel overnight up to 50% of time The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
