Regional Sales Engineer
Regional Sales Engineer Ideally based in Charlotte, NC or Ft. Mill, SC servicing the I-77 Corridor  Territory – South Carolina, Western North Carolina, Western Virginia, Eastern Tennessee and West Virginia  1st year = salary 90K-$125K, then switch to salary + comission after one year is completed.      Our client is an American company that provides industrial processing solutions to design, build, and commission bulk-processing systems.     The Regional Sales Engineer provides in-plant consultation to customers and create sales opportunities. Reporting to Director of Sales & Marketing   Responsibilities:  Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Provide technical support and expertise to customers, including product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations. Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events and network with potential clients. Keep CRM updated with new accounts and contacts, project notes, and sales pipeline projections. Report on sales activities, progress, and market conditions to the Director of Sales & Marketing and other relevant stakeholders.    Qualifications:  BS Engineering (open to non-degreed with experience)  Experience in pneumatic conveying and dust collection systems Experience in sales and/or inplant experience Efficient computer skills with an understanding of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and/or AutoCAD. Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
