You Are:

A dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Lead/Associate Seller to join our New Logo Team.  To be successful, you will have a proven track record in sales with start-up experience.

The Opportunity:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve a quota of $5M in revenue.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads and schedule meetings to introduce UST’s digital transformation solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights to clients.

You Will Need:

Bachelor's Degree or  relevant years of experience At least 5 years of experience in sales development or junior sales roles At least 2 years working in a startup environment Experience in selling services from companies similar to Accenture, Cognizant, or  other major service providers  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Domain experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Life Sciences, Retail, Healthcare Payor, or Healthcare Provider sectors is an added advantage Familiarity with the latest tech stack including ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Highspot, and Gong.

 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.  As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below. 

 

Role Location: Remote/East Coast

 

Compensation Range:  $90,000 to $138,000
