Here’s what you’d do:
The Regional Sales Leader (RSL) is responsible for leading a selling team comprised of territory Business Developers (BD). The RSL is accountable for providing direction and leadership to the territory BDs with a primary focus of achieving the regional sales and profitability goals. Provides quality leadership in all assigned tasks, while upholding BrightView’s Values at all times: inclusive of building trust, driving engagement, ensuring accountability and building effective teams while focusing on the client.
You’d be responsible for:
Collaborating with Branch Managers and Business Developers on strategic sales plans for each market for short and long-term growthFrequent field coaching with Business Developers in their territory regarding prospecting calls, presentations and client meetingsDriving pipeline activity and manage team by encouraging focus on qualified opportunities to support monthly/quarterly forecastingManaging key sales metrics through sales force automation and productivity reportingBeing involved in client presentations either in a coaching/ support role, or a lead facilitation roleParticipating in training sessions and boot camps when necessary to enhance product/service knowledge and overall skill level Achieving the assigned territory revenue and profitability quotas for BrightView services as they are sold into all customer segments within assigned regionEstablishing an environment and foundation for future sales growthDriving pipeline activity and manage team by encouraging focus on qualified opportunities to support monthly/quarterly forecastingSelling and teaching others how to sell value and solutions to BrightView customersDirecting the selling activities within assigned territory, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactionsPrioritizing effectively and in accordance with corporate objectivesLeading the sales team, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career developmentTerritories forecasting and sales trackingExecuting on the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan to attain this visionEvaluating market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of territory sales and profitabilityBeing involved in client presentations either in a coaching/ support role, or a lead facilitation roleDisseminating information to BDs, Regional and Sales leadership, corporate marketing and operations as necessarySpecial projects as assignedYou might be a good fit if you have:
Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing preferred7 years of sales management experience leading multi-locations sales teamsAnd while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:
Proficiency with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales desirableLocal knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments preferredMust be a great coach and motivational leader who can influence without using formal authorityExtensive face-to-face selling experience at the mid to senior levelsExperience managing multiple projects and able to multi-taskExperience with a CRM or SFA tool beneficialProven track record of sales team goal attainmentHighly competitive, positive, and results driven sales leaderExcellent oral and written communication skillsWorking experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)Organized and able to manage time in a large territoryExperience with longer term selling cyclesHere’s what to know about working here:
