Partner with the best
 

You will take ownership of and represent Baker Hughes within Pipeline In-Line Inspection. Leveraging your market and customer knowledge, you will build trusted relationships. Acting as a customer ambassador, you will contribute innovative insights that generate new sales opportunities and maximize existing ones.
 

As a Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

Leading a team selling in-line inspection services within the United States.Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and understanding of the environment where they will be used.Managing complex sales processes involving many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.Analyzing and adapting sales processes to client conditions, considering technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects.Handling important clients for our services.Engaging in medium-large sales within the department.

To be successful in this role you will:

Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by managing a team selling in-line inspection servicesHave a background in in-line inspection, or alternatively, have experience in technical sales or engineering.Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Possess a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales.Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
