Job Description

  

Job Summary:

The Raymarine Commercial Sales Executive’s primary responsibilities include establishing and managing all aspects of both thermal camera and Raymarine IMO equipment sales within the assigned territory. This includes building relationships at OEM boat builders, IMO Servicing dealers, driving demand for Raymarine products, sales analysis, communications, presentation of sales/marketing information, and ultimately growing revenue that is directly associated with assigned retailers and boat dealers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintains a high level of direct contact and interaction with IMO builders and dealer accounts to fully understand and satisfy their needs and proactively grow their businessMay include technical installation and training supportMaintains successful long-term client relationships and acts as primary customer contactSpearheads resolution of most client issuesAccomplished in entire selling process and exhibits negotiating skillsResponsible for coordinating and leading on-site customer meetings and visitsContributes to OEM strategy as it pertains to boat dealer penetrationPlans and conducts retailer/dealer sales training and information planning sessions, and ties into client’s key initiativesPerform such other duties from time to time as may be required by the company’s senior management

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required3-5 years experience in industry sales experienceExcellent computer skills in Microsoft package for windows environmentSelf-MotivatedMust have excellent communication skills, professional presence, and proven track record of establishing and maintaining customer relationshipsExcellent organizational skills & attention to detailAbility to multi task & work under pressureMust maintain confidentiality at all times on applicable mattersPhysical ability to sit or stand for extended periods of timeWillingness to travel 50%

Preferred Skills:

Light Commercial Marine Industry including technical experience a plus

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.

  

Salary Range:

$152,000.00 - $279,400.00
