Regional Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits

Regional Sales Manager Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in the past three years Automotive or related field, or equivalent experience in retail automotive sales operations Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to multitask and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – 7+ years of relevant experience, required

 Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities

Dealership Support and Compliance: Ensure dealerships understand and implement corporate sales/marketing programs, comply with policies (e.g., vehicle allocation, sales standards), and meet training and certification requirements. Sales Strategy and Problem-Solving: Evaluate inventory and supply chain issues, analyze sales reports, and develop strategies/action plans to address deficiencies and improve dealer performance. CRM and Retail Optimization: Enhance dealer CRM effectiveness, improve the sales process and retail experience, and reduce performance variability among dealers. Forecasting and Reporting: Develop weekly sales forecasts, monitor business conditions, and manage dealer marketing plans, ad groups, and budgets. Event Coordination and Personnel Management: Oversee local event execution, analyze inventory metrics, and address turnover to ensure higher tenure and operational excellence across the region.
