Job Summary:

This position is expected to aggressively develop new business and maintain current relationships with automotive dealerships within a specific region of the United States. In this role, a Regional Sales Manager would take ownership of and be responsible for all phases of the sales process, drive revenue and provide an outstanding customer service experience for clients. To maximize your sales potential, you will leverage your participation at related trade and automotive shows throughout the region to promote Roush Performance line of vehicles and parts. This is a home-based position.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will: 

Develop new business and maintain current relationships with automotive dealershipsBe responsible for all phases of the sales processAttend and promote Roush products at trade and automotive showsProvide outstanding customer service

To be considered as a Regional Sales Manager, you will need:

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive dealership experienceProven track record of success establishing new business and growing existing accountsValid driver's license and excellent driving recordExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to interact professionally with all levels of company and customersTo be self-disciplined, team-oriented, have a can-do attitude and the drive to succeedExperience focusing on aftermarket sales in an automotive dealershipAbility to travel up to 70% across a multi-state territory/region

A successful candidate may also have:

Associate degree in businessExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce
