The Job At-A-Glance:
Q2 is a highly innovative, fast growing Fintech company supplying solutions to some of the most innovative North American Fintechs and financial institutions. Its Lending products are market-leading innovation platforms. Some of the most innovative companies in the market are using these platforms in the region. After a phenomenal period of growth, we are now seeking a dynamic, hands-on Regional Sales Manager to help drive our business in the region. This is a role that will suit people who want to work in a fast paced, high innovation environment with a high level of autonomy.
Q2 is looking for a high-energy, results driven professional with sound business acumen, and natural sales instincts to join our Sales organization as a Regional Sales Manager . In this role, you will interact with clients across all financial services verticals, in a variety of lending industries. We are a fast-paced, innovative environment with some of the most innovative solutions in the lending digitization space available today. Some of the regions' top Fintechs are clients already and demand is strong for lending innovation.
A Typical Day:
Identify and prospect key executives to generate new business and qualify marketing leads
Negotiate new deals and close contracts
Help drive new business directly and also through Partners, Social Media etc.
Develop thought leadership materials, attend events and utilize your network to meet targets
Using Salesforce.com and other sales automation tools to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding Q2 products
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Q2 products
Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here's What We're Looking For:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Financial Services software work history preferred
Software or SaaS sales experience is preferred
Proven ability to consistently exceed quotas
Understanding of and successful experience with complex sales process
Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel throughout assigned region across Australia and New Zealand
Ability to work well in a team environment and interact effectively with support staff
