Regional Sales Manager
avad3 Event Production
The avad3 Sales Manager will serve customers by helping in the initial phases of their events. Proactively serving in sales gives customers an accessible point of contact to discuss and kickstart new projects while our on-site production managers and techs are busy in the field serving today’s projects.
The ideal qualified candidate has a technical knowledge and passion for event production and knowledge of the local Northwest Arkansas market. They’re comfortable and capable at closing sales opportunities and have experience staying organized in a customer-facing role. Ideal candidates come from either a strong events or production background and love being with people, or a strong sales background and a love for being in production and events.
This role proactively connects with local and regional prospective clients to discuss their needs, and helps them budget and ideate their upcoming projects months in advance. With a primary focus on Northwest Arkansas, this role will also pursue key regional opportunities in neighboring metros including: Little Rock, Tulsa, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Dallas, and St. Louis.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Identify, research, and proactively reach out to new regional leads and business opportunities
+ Seek out equipment rental opportunities and coordinate with Logistics team for all inquiries
+ Build and maintain relationships with regional prospects to understand their needs.
+ Build partnerships with local and regional venues, CVB’s, and other hospitality and travel groups
+ Attend venue site visits with prospective clients
+ Introduce and explain the company’s products or services to potential clients.
+ Build active knowledge about the event production industry and answer client questions about event production needs
+ Schedule meetings, product demos, or consultations with qualified leads.
+ Follow up with prospects consistently to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
+ Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and prepare sales agreements to close deals.
+ Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
+ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
+ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements

+ Experience in sales and/or customer service
+ Excellent communication (listening, writing, and speaking)
+ Adjacent industryProduction experience (relevant examples: hospitality, live events, video production, event management, broadcast, A/V)
+ Skilled at interpersonal conflict resolution, assertively resolving problems proactively.
+ Organizationally capable of keeping hundreds of project quotes moving for customers throughout the year.
