Purpose Statement

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the attainment of annual sales goals and objectives for all assigned accounts in alignment with overall Consumer Brands (CBD) sales strategy.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Develop effective retail promotional programs to support the success of our retailer and distributor accounts, while staying within established trade guidelines Inclusive implementation of a “team” selling approach utilizing marketing, brokerage, and insights teams Effective utilization of Customer Relationship Management software Work with Demand and Supply Planning teams to ensure accurate forecasts are in place to support your business throughout the distribution chain. Establishment of key relationships within the assigned customer base, focusing on the development of key relationships with senior management, merchandising, operations, procurement, and logistics. Profitable execution and leadership of annual Business Plan development in conjunction with Corporate and Division objectives. This will include: Overall account management and focus on priority platform placements. Implementation of CBD’s “must haves” Solid direction and leadership to Broker Partners on objectives and sales expectations. Attainment of the annual sales goals and objectives. Accurate and timely weekly sales reporting, focused on profitable growth with customers, broker activity and marketplace information. Proactive broker management to ensure that our initiatives and programs are implemented seamlessly and accurately Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Bachelors degree in Business or related field  Minimum 5 years in Food Industry with a minimum of 3 years selling to corporate level buying teams – Consumer packaged goods preferred Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Solid written communication and interpersonal skills Effective in team environment and also the ability to work independently Understanding of Customer P&Ls and managing a budget  PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Outlook,  Word, Excel, PowerPoint. CRM such as Salesforce a plus as well as data insights tools such as Nielson or Circana a plus 15% travel  #CORP123  #LI-RT1

 

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$106,346.61 - $159,519.92
