Our Medtech business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedic, neurological disease, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.

Regional Sales Manager

Reports to: Business Director

Number of direct Reports: 10 Sales Representatives

General Summary

Manage the Surgery Business Operations across the Northern Region in Mexico. Explore market opportunities and potential to meet and exceed sales goals. Enhance service quality and customer support in the surgical field, including hospitals, surgeons, and key government accounts. Oversee the sales team to ensure maximum effectiveness and market impact through strategic segmentation and prioritization of accounts, platforms and surgeons, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market demands.

Duties Responsibilities

· Manages daily sales promotion activities

· Develop periodic sales projections to support various company processes

· Communicates and leads short- and long-range sales and marketing plans.

· Implements marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit.

· Develop sales planning by sector and period based on market potential, competition, and sales channels, with the goal of increasing JJ product market share

· Researches new markets and applications for volume growth.

· Develops sales processes and pricing models.

· Develop plans and strategies with Key Customers for the medium/long term to meet sales objectives and monitor key performance indicators proposed in sales cycles

· Lead key negotiations. Develop strong relationship with KOLs and key non-clinical stakeholders.

· Develop and recommend the appropriate sales policy, considering competitor participation, market conditions, customer trends, and the company's business priorities.

· Facilitates the attraction, hiring and motivation of sales staff.

· Coaches and mentor subordinates and appraises subordinate performance.

· A key responsibility is people development.

· Years of Experience: 10-12 years related experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering

· MBA desired

· Proven experience in commercial position

· English: Advanced

· Travel percentage: 35%

· Location of the role: Monterrey
