Pay range is $85,000-$95,000 per year, DOE, a performance-based compensation plan, a $125/month cell phone allowance and the following benefits:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for expanding the company’s prospecting opportunities within the hearing care industry. You will attract new prospects that would benefit from an association with Audigy. You will capture new business opportunities, identify likely prospects, perform cold calls to position Audigy as a business solution, and undertake the scheduling of calls/presentations (membership overview) with prospective members. You are charged with positioning our strategic business plan. You are working in collaboration with other interested parties to achieve the outlined strategic plan. You are great at analyzing information and making sound decisions that have a direct impact on the prospecting activities within an assigned territory. You are accountable for achieving results, motivating yourself to overcome adversity and achieve long-term strategic goals.
This position will cover our Central or West territory, and the candidate must reside within the Central or West regions of the United States.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Achieve new member net hearing instrument purchasing relationship sales quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisDevelop relationships with all prospect decision-makers and stakeholders (owner, audiology director, office manager, front office team) to gain buy-in and result in a new member to AudigyPrepare an annual territory business plan; review and update quarterly with regional director and inside sales counterpartWork effectively with inside sales in prospecting, developing, and recruiting new members each monthDevelop effective communication/platform presentation skills to convincingly present/sell Audigy’s Practice Development service-delivery model to prospective membersDevelop tailored presentation proposals that address the prospects’ specific needs, demonstrating a strong ROI and how Audigy’s model can deliver the desired outcomes — commonly profitability and quality-of-life goalsDevelop an ongoing working knowledge of Audigy Medical’s service-delivery model, software platforms, and shared servicesDevelop private-practice audiology clinical and management knowledgeTailor presentations to potentially three unique audiences: owners/providers, office managers, and front-/back-office teamsAttend industry events such as AAA, ADA, etc. and work Audigy’s boothAbility and openness to present at industry eventsMaintain the accuracy of the Audigy prospect database in your individual region(s)Complete appropriate sales and corporate reporting requirements in a timely fashionCAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Accomplished sales skills with a proven track record of successBook of business in the hearing care spaceA professional presence and outstanding presentation skillsAdept at multitasking in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population, including active-listening, sales, and problem-solving skillsEDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in management, business, marketing or related field (preferred)WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Remote work environmentFull-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with occasional changes to schedule as necessary for meetings, trainings, and/or eventsTravel required — 40%-60% via automobile, plane, or other forms of transportationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORK DEMANDS:
