Reference PE003111 Location KwaZulu Natal, Durban Salary Interval Monthly Package None-negotiable Description Our client in the FMCG industry is looking to employ a Regional Sales Manager based in KwaZulu-Natal.
Requirements:
Relevant degree in Food Technology, BComm, or an equivalent business-related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales preferably in FMCG/ Commercial. Experience in managing key accounts essential. Driver’s licence and travel is required. Responsibilities:
Plan sales call schedules to ensure a value-added approach. Learn and apply client classifications. Build market share, drive and achieve volumes across all categories. Build on and research product and industry knowledge. Work on promotional activity as per standards. Build solid long standing client relationships and ensure customer excellence. Proactively look for new business and explore opportunities in the market. Provide information on market trends as required. Sales administration and preparing sales reports. Ensure deliveries are carried out to company standards. Develop new relationships through field visits. Develop agreements for factory accounts. Review customer accounts monthly to identify and solve queries and outstanding matters.
