Overall Purpose\n
Identification, research, development, and management of key long term relationships with potential clients\/prospects to facilitate repeat business, internally and externally at the plant level and customer locations\n
Prospecting\/identifying (Hunting) for new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals and various other techniques adding new business opportunities and relationships\n
Growing account base and territory sales volume while recommending proactive measures to ensure quality solutions cross functionality through all levels of clients operation\n

Client relationship & Business development\n\nEstablish stable and long term relationships built on trust, customer service, and dependability \nIdentify key target accounts within a pre-determined geographic area\nCommunicate with key decision makers regarding quality services\nHandle customer complaints efficiently\nDevelop new opportunities\nNegotiate standard and creative pricing plans and programs\nMonitor and track competition activities and presence in geographic area\n\n
