Your role as Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal part in driving an organization's revenue growth and market expansion within a specific geographical area. This dynamic position requires a unique blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and sales expertise. As the bridge between corporate objectives and local market realities, you are responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and motivating high-performing sales teams, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. You will combine excellent communication skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES + Provide guidance and coaching to immediate team in executing their responsibilities + Oversee Sales Team activities in the delivery of short and long-term business objectives and financial goals in partnership with marketing, professional education and commercial excellence functions + Translate marketing strategies into compelling customer engagement plans that drive customer interest and action + Develop internal talent and successors within the team + Membership of the Leadership Team, representing the team and customers in the development and execution of operational and strategic plans + Build and maintain relationships with Key Accounts across the region + Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in alignment with strategic priorities **Qualifications** . ABOUT YOU + Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels + Demonstrated experience developing talent and building long term partnerships with customers + Excellent strategic business planning skills with self-discipline with strong organisation skills + Qualifications in Health Sciences or Commerce advantageous.
