As a Regional Sales Manager, you will promote the Valet Living brand and meet annual revenue goals by driving team performance of up to six Regional Sales Executives within an assigned territory. In this role, you will divide your time between revenue generation and sales team management.
Annual Salary Range: We offer a competitive salary package with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $176,000 - $192,000 per year, which includes a base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000. OTE will vary based on performance.
Commission: Current commission criteria include new apartment home sales and YTD revenue.
Auto Allowance: You will be eligible to participate in an auto allowance reimbursement program plus receive monthly variable mileage reimbursement.
The actual base salary offered to a candidate will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education, and skills/achievements, and may vary from the listed range.

Develop and execute strategies to grow multifamily businessLead, motivate, coach, and support Regional Sales Executives within an assigned regionAssist in the recruitment, hiring and training of new Regional Sales ExecutivesTrack, monitor and redirect team performanceAssist team with contract negotiationsAttend and/or assist in securing executive level sales meetings as neededCommunicate best practices and personal/professional development opportunities for teamAdminister corrective action as neededAnalyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirementsOversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditionsMonitor competitor products/services, sales, and marketing activitiesDevelop and nurture relationships with major management companies within the assigned regionRepresent company at industry associations, i.e., NAA, CAA, MFE, NMHC.Facilitate alignment between sales team and operations staffQualifications:
