Your Home Improvement company is an industry leading home remodeling company for Windows, Doors, Bathrooms, and Roofing. Your Home Improvement company has been in business for 20 years, and provides the highest quality products, services, warranty, and opportunities for employee growth in the area. We have an immediate need for a Regional Sales Manager.

 

As the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will lead sales operations across a designated region, focusing on achieving sales metrics and driving business growth through the management of Territory Sales Managers. This role involves opening new offices, establishing strong market presence, and building high-performing sales teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and performance metrics.Manage and mentor Territory Sales Managers, providing guidance to enhance sales effectiveness and team performance.Develop and implement strategic plans for opening new offices, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages in the region.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to support new office openings and regional initiatives.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Territory Sales Managers to drive continuous improvement.Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.Lead sales meetings and training sessions to share best practices and foster a collaborative sales culture.Prepare and present regional performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.Other duties as assigned by Regional General Manager. Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and territory management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.


Education and Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in managing a sales team and successfully opening new offices is highly desirable.


Physical Requirements:
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region, including potential overnight trips.
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment and participate in meetings and presentations.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and engage in extensive verbal communication.
