This position will be responsible for the sale of commercial tires and related products to Servicing Commercial Dealers/Tire Distributors/Commercial Fleets and End Users.

Job Responsibilities Maintain, build and manage all tire segments is assigned markets, including Wholesale, Retail and commercial tires via current customer growth, new account outside sales and market penetration.  Meets established sales goals and quotas; Advise and provide assistance to dealers and distributors concerning sales, promotional techniques; Conduct product meetings and sales presentations for current and prospective customers; Solicit orders within assigned territory by calling on (by phone and in person) current and prospective customers; Accompany dealer personnel on sales calls to promote product awareness and increase sales;  Provide price quotes, credit terms and promotions for orders; Travel within the assigned Territory: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky Additional Job Responsibilities Analyzes sales statistics to assist dealers in promoting sales; Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates; Develop sales campaigns and executes marketing plans and programs, represent Company at trade association shows to ensure profitability, growth and expansion of product to meet required goals; Assist in establishing marketing goals and recommend changes in marketing programs to ensure maintenance and growth of market share, flexibility to meet changing markets and profitability of product; Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as directed by VP Sales and Marketing; Monitor and analyze competitor's products and programs to ensure competitiveness of our product and capitalize on market opportunities; Additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 – 7 years related work experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.                             Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.                        Ability to do basic math including percentages, area and volume.                Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
