We’re seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager in Training to join our Massachusetts Team! This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and sales acumen while making a significant impact in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

 Run weekly sales calls, monthly sales meetings and oversee employee trainings as required    Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a   Regional Sales Manager   Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing coaching and support to team members to optimize their performance  Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region, contributing to the growth and expansion of Trinity Solar's market presence  Conduct in-home and over-the-phone sales to warm prospects and pursue multiple outbound marketing initiatives that include canvassing, events, referrals and personal marketing to source new solar clients  Initiate contact with potential customers who have not yet expressed interest, using a persuasive and informative approach  Conduct thorough discovery conversations to uncover pain points, challenges, and goals of potential customers  Listen actively and ask relevant questions to gather comprehensive information  Present solutions that directly address the prospect's identified needs and align with their objectives  Overcome objections and negotiate terms to bring about successful closures  Maintain focus on achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas  Regularly update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information obtained during interactions with prospects  Continuously prospect for new leads and opportunities within the designated territory to ensure a healthy pipeline of potential sales  Customize demonstrations to highlight features and capabilities most relevant to the prospect's needs  Address questions and concerns effectively during and after the demo to maintain interest and move the sales process forward 


Required Qualifications:

Proven inside sales experience (2-4years)  Previous Solar Sales experience is required  Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quota consistently  Strong phone and in-home presence  Proficient with CRM systems and video conferencing tools  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Effective listener with strong presentation capabilities  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
