**Job Description**
**Lead an exciting new Business Development Team! This is an opportunity within our Power Tools division to drive a team focused on commercial contractors and the Bosch brand.**
Work in one of the largest markets training, developing, motivating, and ultimately being responsible for the team’s new business results.
Work with Sales and Marketing leadership at a global company known for high-quality power tools to acquire new customers, expand products with existing customers, launch new innovation, all with the goal of building brand insistence in your market!
Responsibilities include:
Team Leadership
+ Identifying and assigning target customer lists
+ Coaching each rep on building customer acquisition plans
+ Developing plans to grow share in existing loyal customer base
+ Working with team to build and execute event marketing plans for assigned customers and jobsites
+ Driving team to meet and exceed new business quotas
Operations
+ Managing all promotional and travel budgets
+ Tracking and reporting progress towards all targets for the team
+ Driving monthly meetings in each geographical area across multiple functions to ensure collaboration
+ Driving CRM usage across the team
+ Participating in regular Sales Team meetings and quarterly meetings in HQ
**Qualifications**
+ Power tools industry experience strongly preferred
+ High school diploma required
+ Previous sales experience and intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office required
+ 1-3 years of Sales leadership experience required
+ Expert presentation skills required
+ Previous experience utilizing a CRM required
+ Must be located in the Los Angeles, CA area

Safety Sensitive Position
**Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.**
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 to $160,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
