About Us
This role will be responsible for our Champion Compressor range for the Mediterranean Region. Champion offers a wide range of affordable compressed air product, using a variety of technologies including rotary screw, piston, vane, scroll and portable. Champion is considered an entry-level range within the Compressor Division. The Compressors are manufactured at our factory in Lonate, Italy.
Job Summary
The main purpose of this role is to drive sales of the Champion range across their region.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve short-, medium- and longer-term budgeted sales and margin in line with business objectives. Manage and develop Equipment and Aftermarket sales. Review and maintain constant analysis of competitors' portfolio and positioning to account in the product strategy and provide recommendations to adjust the selling strategy of our products. Manage the commercial position of the Company in its market, taking a balanced view of market share growth and margin improvement. Manage pricing and negotiate prices for new business within set parameters to achieve budgets and Company plans. Take responsibility for promotion of company/brand across their region. Represent the company with customers and elsewhere as needed, making visits as necessary. Be proactive in anticipating and identifying potential issues affecting the business and take required corrective action/ make recommendations as necessary. Identify, win and manage new accounts, build relationship and ensure revenue and margin growth.Basic Qualifications
Full Driving Licence Technical qualification in mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or in business or sales related area are preferred.
Tavel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Extensive travel across the Mediterranean Region.
Key Competencies
Proven experience of sales management skills is essential. Technical Sales experience in Compressor or similar industry is beneficial. Proficient in MS Office, and SAL is essential. Leadership and management skills are desirable. High level of commercial awareness is essential. English language is a must
