The development and implementation of plans, recommendations and tools to support all sales and service activities and objectives of the Tail Lifts-NA business and of HIAB USA Inc. within a specifically assigned territory in the West region of US. Responsible for the management of both assigned individual and team KPI’s including order intake, sales, gross margin, etc.
Main tasks and responsibilitiesDevelop and forecast yearly sales and operation budget for expenses and revenue of tail lift sales that meets or exceeds plans Develop and maintain profitable business within designated region and individual accounts; responsibility for the budgeting and profitability. Create, drive, and support regional market planning and development of new revenue sources Manage customer relations and customer understanding as well as understanding of competition in the assigned region Lead a team of Sales Executives in the development of market and segment sales. Challenge, guide, develop and coach team members to reach their sales targets and continuously improve key skills Ensure a collaborative approach to development and implementation of common processes, tools, policies and procedures across designated region Responsible for the direct sales and order intake process and increase, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding top line growth and profitability within own territory. Responsible for sales expansion, ensuring new product introductions, services development, new market insights and active relationship management towards existing and new customers. Liaise with key internal stakeholders and centers of competence in all required business segments at the earliest stage to respond to clients' integrated business needs. Expand sales, introduce new products / services to customers and attend visits to current and potential customers Responsible for the management of assigned sales segment including sales, order intake, market share growth and profitability. Negotiate terms of sales and deal with significant national / regional accounts. Creation and presentation of reporting and planning Attendance of industry tradeshows Frequent travelling across the US, and potential for International travel on infrequent basis Other duties as assigned What you’ll need to succeed
Education:
Relevant academic degree e.g. Bachelors or Masters in Business preferred
Working experience:
5-7 years of experience in a sales role Proven track record of seeking and developing sales pipeline, setting structure and way of working Proven track record in meeting the sales & profitability targets Experience in working closely with partners and customers with focus on adding value to their business by providing our solutions Experienced in key account management
