Regional Sales Manager - Monitoring and Diagnostics
**Job Description Summary** GE Grid Automation (GA) is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Monitoring and Diagnostics (M&D), who is responsible for business growth in South-East Asia region which includes Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Brunei. He/she will work with M&D Segment Growth Leader, GA Product Sales Specialist (PSS), technical application engineer (TAE) team in the region and overseas factory team, within the frame of strategy, business plan, budgets and policies defined for the CEAP (China East Asia and Pacific) Region. He/she will implement the actions for the growth and orders monthly, quarterly & yearly targets. This role reports to GE GA M&D Segment Sales Leader – CEAP **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Implement M&D sales strategy to drive growth and market penetration + Implement Go to Market and channel development strategy with strong collaboration with PSS + Deliver commercial results for the assigned countries in the CEAP Region, including financial & market share objectives, managing key commercial performance indicators such as order intake, margin + Own the accuracy of orders, commitment forecast at the country level + Ensure the development of new leads and market opportunities in the assigned countries + Outline, present and sell the value of M&D products/solutions that can benefit our customer needs + Work directly with channel partners/end-users/OEMs to influence specifications and close key deals + Development of offers and proposals with TAE team as well as tendering team + Represent GE in technical and commercial negotiations with customers + Provide an essential link from the channel partners/end-users to commercial operations, marketing, engineering and product development teams + Ensure the CRM tool (Speak) is utilized and updated timely by all stakeholders to its full capacity **Required Qualifications** + Minimum Bachelor's Degree in electrical, electronics engineering or other engineering field + Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy field, customer knowledge and established relationships with customers, EPCs, OEMs + Understanding of electrical, sensing or instrumentation systems in energy industry + Fluent in English (speaking & writing skills) + Willingness and ability to travel **Desired Characteristics** + Experience executing growth strategies + Ability to make effective customer sales and technical presentations + Knowledge of transformer condition monitoring technologies, applications, analytics + Work efficiently without direct supervision + Successful orders growth track record + -Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No GE Vernova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
