The Regional Sales Manager - North America is responsible for the recruitment, retention and development of direct sales talent and in-direct Channel Partners US and Canada. This leader will build and develop a diverse team that uniquely differentiates Pall Corporation from all competitors, providing a best in market experience for our customers. The RSM provides strategic direction and coaching to their direct sales team and Channel Partners, outlining growth strategies and executing supporting tactics that enable Pall to sustainably grow, outpacing the market.
The RSM leads all funnel management, funnel development and selling activities of assigned Region sales team with a focus on OEM, Nuclear and Channel Partners. The primary function is to implement sales plans and to regularly evaluate key performance indicators to deliver on growth expectations and proactively implementing countermeasures as needed.
The Regional Sales Manager - North America is responsible for:
+ Leading the sales region through development and execution of strategic priorities and business plan.
+ Measuring sales performance include year-over-year new funnel creation, 4x funnel growth, orders and sales growth, and activity logging. Utilize Monthly Win/Loss Analysis to prevent future losses of customers.
+ Developing and executing action plans to drive account growth and improve orders metric attainment.
+ Recruiting, training, and developing sales teams using Value Selling
+ Maintaining rigor in all Standard Work, including funnel and forecast management, with weekly reviews of sales funnels.
+ Establishes clear direction, set goals, target and milestones and holds team accountable to orders and funnel targets, manage utilizing performance reviews.

This position is part of the Pall Corporation’s Energy+ business unit and will be located remotely in Chicago or East Coast area.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Build a highly effective and diverse team that works together in a Team Selling environment to increase customer faces per day.
+ Develop skills as a sales leader; by managing, coaching and developing direct and in-direct sales team. Manage team engagement score.
+ Take ownership and responsibility for creating new opportunities, funnel visibility and targeting new customers to grow OEM, Nuclear and Channel Partners.
+ Enhance opportunity closure through barrier removal and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales and orders target.
+ Be “hands-on”, working alongside Territory Sales Managers, in the field at GEMBA.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ 5 + years’ experience in selling capital equipment to OEM, Nuclear industries and/ or Channel Partners.
+ 3+ years’ experience in people leadership and management
+ Bachelor‘s in engineering, chemistry or similar technical degree. Additional business degree(s) a plus. Ability to articulate examples of successful experience planning and executing for growth.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel – 50 % travel, overnight, within territory or locations
+ Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Filtration and separation product sales
+ Energy transition solutions

The salary range for this role is $125,000 – $140,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
