Job Description:

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Ankara for the development of our "Orthopedics" activity in East of Turkiye. In this key role, you will be responsible for a team of 6 and reporting to the Business Unit Director - Orthopedics Turkiye.

What you will do :

Responsible from joint replacement and trauma (shoulder) divisions covering Middle and East Black Sea, Central - East and Southeast Anatolia regionsExpected to meet or exceed their annual Sales Revenue Target as defined in the Division budget compliantly and for the purpose of Stryker’s manufacturing and sales forecasting, to ensure accurate sales forecasts each month, always demonstrates outstanding ethics and leadershipRepresent Stryker at a management level and maintain an active presence in the medical community, understand and act on the wider economic environment, can access and influence non-clinical stakeholders at all levels.Conduct price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in-house guidelines, up to contract conclusionDeliver a meaningful regional plan, define, and explain target setting to the teamLeads the team to high performance through great coaching, works collaboratively to identify the behaviors, knowledge and skills required to achieve goals; identifies specific areas for feedback drives team spirit around commercial excellenceCollaborate with other divisions to drive sales and drive, coach and develop the sales team to win new market share from competitorsProvide direction towards predetermined long-range goals and objectives

What you need :

Required:

B.S. Degree in a relevant field.Minimum 6 years of practical sales experience in health industry, including 3 years in a management role.Advanced English skills.Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred:

Medical device industry experience.Distributor management experience

Travel Percentage: 80%
