This position will be responsible for leading a regional team of transition sales consultants (TSC or sales) generating new business and managing current opportunities to meet performance goals. Leads and participates in team meetings, training programs, management meetings and conventions as required. Provides direction and oversight to ensure set goals are achieved. Leads TSC towards achieving sales goals for their respective region of the company through development and execution of sales strategies and programs. Interacts closely with various internal management to collaborate on issues that have potential impact for improving sales, including, but not limited to the creation of a program specifically designed to attract and enhance group practice and dental support organization customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops individual quotas and assign territories for team membersAssist in the expansion of territories where appropriateProvide detailed, timely and accurate sales forecastsRecruit, hire, and train TSC (sales) teamAssess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement themCoach, mentor, and provide feedback to team membersAssess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as neededSupport programs to maximize collaboration between Henry Schein Dental and PPT Team, with a particular focus on group practices and dental support organization customers and prospectsOther duties as directedSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 1 or more years of management experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 20%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $95,990-$149,985 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus/incentive/commission not reflected in the posted range.
