Regional Sales Manager - Real Estate
Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Travel external markets 30-40% of timeEstablish and maintain key customer relationships.Work as part of a sales teams and maintain sales operationsAssist in creating quarterly and annual sales goalsMotivate the sales teams to achieve their goalsAssist in outlining and managing sales budgetsMonitoring market and competitor products and activitiesProvide reporting of sales/leads activityReview customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfactionOutline and manage marketing and client relationship programs including publications, tradeshows, and events/outingsCoordinate construction design and installation processCoordinate ongoing maintenance program in conjunction with building needs and owner expectationsNegotiate lease terms with current and new owners

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferredMinimum of 5 years experience in a sales leadership position.In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
