Regional Sales Trainer Compensation and Benefits

Pay – $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 Health, vision, dental, and life insurance you can select a plan that best suits your lifestyle and your family needs after only 30 days of employment! 401K- we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4%. Regional Sales Trainer Qualifications

Communication, adaptability, and knowledge of sales techniques. Bilingual - English and Spanish. Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field. Certification from talent and training associations is a plus. Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – Sales, training, or coaching experience.

Regional Sales Trainer Responsibilities

Instruct new employees to the business and orientation sessions. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses. Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path. Developing training strategies, initiatives, programs, and online learning resources. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
