To assist in achieving this, the Regional Service Technician is responsible for completing a wide variety of service requests, and ensuring our maintenance teams operate within various target standards on a daily basis. Under the direction of the VP of Facilities, the Regional Service Technician will travel frequently to various IRT communities, and will regularly collaborate with other on-site maintenance personnel to keep communities in excellent condition and aligned with all maintenance-related performance goals.

Job Summary:
The Regional Maintenance Technician will be assigned to different locations predetermined by our VP of Facilities. They will tap into their extensive skillset to troubleshoot and complete service requests, perform preventative maintenance, make-ready repairs, and other duties to maintain our communities. Most days will consist of HVAC systems, interior/exterior lighting, boiler/gas/electric, pool areas, water irrigation systems, electrical & plumbing, tile/carpet/flooring, roofing/gutters, etc. Finally, as a Regional Tech, you will be viewed as an expert in your field and add to the team atmosphere of multiple service teams in a region.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or equivalent field. EPA I, EPA II and CPO are required. Ability to travel Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs., and occasionally lift and carry up to 80 lbs. Ability push and pull appliance dolly up to 200 lbs., move objects up and down staircases. Ability to be courteous & helpful at all times to residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc. Valid Driver's License.What IRT Living Offers:
