Job Description

As the Regional Stylist, you will play a key role in shaping the COS styling across all our windows and stores. You’ll drive a compelling styling direction that inspires desire, establishes fashion authority, and creates impactful window displays that boost in-store sales. Reporting to the Regional Visual Manager for the Asia Pacific region, you’ll contribute to elevating the brand and enhancing the customer experience.

The Regional Stylist reports to the Regional Visual Manager APAC in Singapore.

What you will do:

Responsible for styling as well as the visual identity of COS in store and windows to drive brand awareness, conversion rate and selling, in line with the store experience strategy and COS styling direction.Collaborate on the window design process around collection presentation to drive brand awareness and increase traffic to stores.Take a reactive approach to selling and customer data, strategically showcasing products that will drive traffic and conversion​.Partner with the Central Stylist regarding the overall styling direction and collection storytelling, to be in line with the creation of windows (tuning styling direction for each window concept).Support and inspire the region's Visual Team in providing guidelines and creating an inspirational customer experience.Work in close collaboration with the Area Visuals to meet store needs, planning, and inspiration​.Conduct the styling communication process with Reginal and Areas to Stores - to ensure impactful execution​.Co-operate with Merchandising Team, to ensure stock intake is aligned with styling output.Make garment selections that encapsulate the design inspiration, reflecting the customer mindset and meeting commercial needs of the business - in the right context and time, with the right styling​.Create all styling information using Adobe design programs within set deadlines and to a consistently high standard.Follow and analyse the success of the window product in order to secure selling, conversion rate, and Brand Identity​.Source relevant inspiration and display ideas to develop the long-term visual identity of the windows and store.

What you need to succeed

Previous significant experience working as stylist/ visual merchandiser or area team member/ function manager with visual responsibilities.Excellent communication skills​ in order to inspire and educate internal teams.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, illustrator and Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.Strong passion for fashion and styling.Proven organizational, analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team​.Sales driven and result oriented​.
