US Tech Force has an immediate need for a Regional Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, extremely organized and love working with people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Store Managers with oversight of store operations. Assist with hiring and work with staff to accomplish bookkeeping and merchandise upkeep. Enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales goals. Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed at every location. Conduct personnel performance reviews. Direct interaction with your own group of convenience stores, travel, and manage assigned stores.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous Management experience Grocery or Retail experience (Preferred) Strong written, computer, and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, dedicated, and hard-working.
