Carrier Transicold is a part of Carrier Global Corporation. **Role decsription:** Provide overall product support to the Direct Drive, Truck, Trailer and Peripheral sections of the portfolio including provision of aftermarket support to CTUK service network, body builders and customer base. To be achieved by developing the Direct Drive, Truck, Trailer and Peripheral product range through dedicated field support, implementation of standards, best practices and management of future product platform developments. **Product Support** -Manage Direct Drive, Truck, Trailer and Peripheral Technical Enquiries & Opportunities Manifesting within Regional Area Through to Completion -Provide On-Site Bespoke Customer, Body Builder & CTUK Service Partner Training (Supporting Training Operations Manager) -Report Field Product Failures Including Clear & Effective Communication of Advance Warnings -Manage Commercial Product Goodwill within given Budgetary Remit -Identify Training Requirements/Opportunities & Manage Progression of Such Through to Completion **Account Management** -In line with Key Account Managers – Support Formalised Account Management Reviews to Develop Business Needs & Offer -Manage/Resolve Product, Customer & Service Partner Related Issues Through to Completion -Coordinate case analyses between the Customer, Dealer, and the manufacturer's technical department & coordinate technical assistance activities during weekly 24/7 shifts **Product Development** -Direct Drive, Truck, Trailer and Peripheral Platform – Manage Field Product Support & Development -Manage/Support Field Tests (FT) & Follow the Fleet (FTF) Programmes within Designated Product Area **Aftermarket Support** -Promote Service Offering & Develop Service CRM Enhancing Product & Brand Name; Resolving technical issues and providing support to authorized Carrier Transicold service centers -Identify/Resolve Issues of High Warranty and/or Contract Unit Costs -Pro-active Approach to Achieve Improved Service Partner Quality/Standards of Work (Encourage Best Practice) & Introducing new solutions to the market and implementing them in the network of authorized service center **Sales support** **-** Deliver Sales Training Further Enhancing Portfolio & Service Offering -Provide Field Based Sales Support & Identify Potential New Opportunities **Market Intelligence** -Conduct Portfolio Benchmarking & Identify Potential Competitor Threats -Report Potential Sales Opportunities & Issues that Constitute Risk **Technical Operations Department** -Ensure Efficient & Effective Recall Programme Support within Designated Area -Improve Technical Operations Team Offering to Maximise Output **Qualifications** -Higher technical education -Category B driving license – frequent business trips -Several years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry -Knowledge of the technical operations of automotive service centers -Communicative in English -Customer focus & negotiation skills -Track record of Account Management relationships development -With attention to details, can do attitude & ownership of tasks through to completion. **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
