Regional Technical Services Manager, Kemin Biologics Location TH-Bangkok | MY-Selangor | ID-Bogor | VN-Ho Chi Minh Posted Date 3 months ago(6/3/2024 9:16 PM) Job ID 2024-10155 # Positions 1 Category Technical Services Position Type Regular Full-Time Overview Technical Service Manager (TSM) will be responsible for the technical and scientific support for the South East Asia and India marketing and sales teams regarding our poultry vaccine platforms Provide Technical Services in relation to the Kemin Biologics poultry/ruminants vaccine platforms by support to current and potential customers , demonstrate vaccine efficacy and establish long-term relationships with our customers. Maintain the role of scientific expert that is viewed as a source of reliable information by your colleagues and our customers.Strategically drive and support the poultry vaccine business across the Asian region and globally.Lead the design and execution of trials to demonstrate the efficacy of Kemin Biologics vaccines in both commercial and scientific facilities, such as universities, ensuring robust evidence of product efficacy.Work closely with the marketing team to create appropriate marketing tools that effectively communicate the technical aspects and benefits of our vaccines platforms to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities Providing Technical Services to customers in assigned geographies in cooperation with the local marketing and sales teams Recommend and evaluate vaccination schedules for broilers, breeders and layers incorporating Kemin Biologics vaccines to have better protection of the birds from diseases. Increase the visibility of Kemin Biologics through exceptional knowledge and support. Technical training of your colleagues and distributor teams in assigned geographyDeveloping the trust on Kemin Biologics on its Vaccines and vaccination programs across South and Southeast Asia Outbreak management: Attend to, investigate outbreaks/customer complaints related to Poultry diseases as required within the business sphere and provide and counsel the customers for overall improvements. Supervising Local Clinical Trials and Market support studies in cooperation with Global Tech Manager. Publication of Clinical Trials & Market Support Study Outcomes in relevant peer-reviewed Scientific Journals Supervise and provide timely and effective technical materials that maximize selling efforts. Assure that questions from customers are answered thoroughly and correctly in an accurate and timely fashion. Strong Collaboration with Diagnostic service providers for maximizing our diagnostic support to customersCollaboration with relevant Technical & Veterinary Education institutes in assigned geographies to further improve our image as Science Driven Organization In Collaboration with IPRA and assist in the registration of vaccines in South Asian countriesTraining the sales team technically and providing adequate knowledge to customers on vaccine management continuously.Write papers, popular articles and abstracts for congresses in journals & technical articles on need of customersAny other relevant task which can help in improving business Qualifications

Educational Qualification & Years of Experience

Bachelor in Veterinary medicine or higher with 10 plus years of experience in Poultry Sector preferably working in Vaccine companies.

 

Skills Required

A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and a sense of urgency.Effective communication skillsOrganize and work independently on assigned tasksActive knowledge of the poultry industry in India and surrounding countries, including practical knowledge of vaccination programs.Excellent writing skills (English). Able to provide adequate synthesis.Flexibility and adaptability, and willingness to travelFluent in English, additional languages preferred.Computer skills.

 

Work Environment

Working in the fieldRequires 13-15 days travel in a monthShall be required to travel in South and South-East Asian marketsInteract with internal and external customers
