Field learning Managers oversee MITs in the training stores and work with the District Managers to ensure all team training is up to date and complete. This role requires a passion for facilitation and an understanding of best practices for adult education. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** + Lead and implement sustainable training systems for the network, ARLs, RMs and team members + Develop and certify training restaurants and training managers to ensure MIT success + Prepare and monitor training plans, verify training proficiencies for DMIT and RMITs, document and communicate weekly progress and/or deficiencies + Weekly 1:1 meeting with Training Store Manager(s) and MIT(s) to review training to date and plan next week’s focus + Work with Director and/or District Manager to develop and implement 4-week transition plan for MITs into new location + Design, implement, guide, coach, and support DMs and RMs as they work to maintain sustainable training systems in each restaurant to ensure the highest levels of safety, service and cleanliness + Full comprehension of all back of house systems, i.e. budgets, ordering, reporting, scheduling, inventory, payroll processing, HR and administrative tasks + Ability to accommodate and explain to a variety of learning styles and verify comprehension + Possess an in-depth knowledge of brand standards, recipes and systems + Expertise and role modeling of food safety and BOH compliancy + Grasp of restaurant menu, including LTOs and promotions, ability to answer both team and guest questions + Monitor and adapt training as needed for the individual learner + Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations + Work closely with directors, above restaurant leaders, restaurant managers, and teams to develop and implement training and professional development opportunities + Evaluate and identify employees for career development opportunities + Communicate best practices and improvement opportunities throughout the network **Requirements** + Must be 21 years of age or older + Must have a valid driver’s license + Must complete a satisfactory background check + 1-3 years Dunkin’ Restaurant Management Experience + Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience + SERV Safe and Food Allergen Awareness Certification (preferred) + Extremely dependable, punctual + Desire to be a team member within a growing organization + A positive attitude; elevated level of integrity; strong work ethic; ability to multi-task + Strong leadership abilities to successfully train, mentor and develop a dynamic and versatile team + Superior communication skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to partner and build relationships while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success + Excellent interpersonal skills to provide and model the highest level of customer service + Lift objects up to 50lbs; Work in repetative motions and be able to stand for extended periods of time **About** Why DUNKIN'?
