Job Summary:

Develops short- and long-term strategic and operational plans ensuring alignment with broader organization priorities. Develops, oversees and expands the affiliate network. Translates initiatives into action plans with appropriate performance measures. Utilizes metrics and organization vision to lead and direct strategic operational practice and standards. Implements mechanisms and feedback processes to determine customer satisfaction levels. Provides leadership to help grow department and enhance operations. This note that this is NOT a remote opportunity. This role will require relocation to Oklahoma City area upon acceptance of the role.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities

Serves as member of the leadership team providing strategic direction on operations. Works effectively as a team member in a dynamic environment, and promotes teamwork within and across the organization by maintaining positive relationships and utilizing effective problem solving skills.Oversees management of hospital affiliates. Facilitates meetings with leadership of affiliate hospitals. Leads business development for affiliate hospitals and identifies opportunities to advance strategic plan. Oversees development of physician outreach activities and clinic setups.Develops, monitors and revises a strategic plan focusing and directing the organization's future course of action. Develops key performance measures and establishes desired levels of performance based on customer requirements, comparative data and best practices. Evaluates performance data and utilizes it for identification of improvement opportunities and to design and improve processes. Provides recommendations for operational improvement. Leads the creation of network development. Identifies new affiliates based on established criteria, and negotiates affiliate agreements with hospitals. Facilitates extension of clinical integration which may include coordinating risk-sharing contracts with affiliates. Develops post-acute strategy with affiliates.Establish and conduct regular meetings, conferences and forums with affiliate network staff. Identify key industry trends impacting rural health, discuss opportunities for network collaboration, and conduct roundtable discussions.Develops and enhances relationships with community, other public, organizations and groups that expand the effectiveness of the mission.Assumes fiscal responsibility for budgetary planning and implementation for assigned areas.Oversees the employment, supervision and determination of compensation, consistent with the strategic and financial plan, for all employees of the organization. Coaches and mentors employees. Creates a culture of employee engagement. Organizes departments within the organization through appropriate structure and delegation of functions. Identifies succession planning needs within the organization.Performs other duties as assigned.
