\nAs the Regional Vice President of Operations, you will be at the forefront of our mission to positively impact communities. In this key leadership role, you’ll guide and mentor Branch Presidents, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

\n\nEmbodying Associa's Mission and Company Values\nAssessing, selecting, and developing \"raise the bar\" talent\nDefining and implementing strategic direction\nDriving and monitoring key business driver results via the branch Balanced Scorecards\nDeveloping new resources and revenue streams\nMotivating and empowering branch teams to achieve success, as measured via the Balanced Scorecard\nDevelop, monitor and administer financial program to maintain efficient, quality services.\nLeading the alignment of people, systems, process and culture in our integrated client delivery model\nIdentifying organic and inorganic growth opportunities within the branch\nWeekly travel will be required for the role.\nOther duties as assigned\n\n Requirements\nBachelors Degree Required\nMasters Degree Preferred\n10+ years of directly related or closely related experience\n7 -- 10 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience\nKnowledge of sales, operations, and/or underwriting management\nKnowledge of company budget and monthly performance reporting (DVR) proficiency\nKnowledge of applicable state statutes\nKnowledge of all Associa operating systems and programs preferred\nKnowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level\nProject management at an expert level\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player\nProfessional customer service skills\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills\n\n
